We are proud to stand 100% behind our products. Your satisfaction is always our top priority and we pride ourselves in 100% satisfaction Return and Exchange Policy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to facilitate an exchange or a return to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please note that all returns require a purchase order Number and a authorization by Biandeco sales manage. We do not accept returns on customized products. Refunds will only be made to the original payment within 7 days of our receipt of the return.

We accept free returns, exchanges and unused products within 30 days from delivery time. Biandeco is responsible for return shipping costs. If you want to return the product(s) you purchased, a return shipping label will be recorded for you by Biandeco. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Items must be returned in NEW (unused, untested, and resalable) condition, returned products must have their original packaging, not show any sign of use, wear and tear, marks/scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage, promotional items included. Additionally please send back the products with a printed copy of your order receipt or packing slip. Sale items are generally accepted under our standard return policy unless noted otherwise during the checkout process. If a sale item is non-returnable, the shopping cart will display a message that identifies certain products as “final sale items”.

If your order was lost or damaged in transit, we will be glad to offer you a replacement or a refund in the form of the original payment method after the lost or damaged items have gone through our loss and damage investigation procedure. Items must be returned in NEW (unused, untested, and resalable) condition, in the original manufacturer packaging, promotional items included. For your protection, insured for the full value and safely wrapped to prevent shipping damage.

If you would like to exchange a product, you will need to submit a return and then place a new order online for the products that you would like instead. The exchange process usually takes around 1-2 weeks (depending on shipping times).
